
It’s your responsibility as the filer to get this right. Information, such as social security numbers, names of minor children, financial account numbers and so on, must be properly redacted and entirely irretrievable to someone viewing the submitted PDF. This increased availability of court documents means that correctly redacting sensitive, confidential, or personally-identifying information is crucial.
